Townhomes HOA

The monthly townhome fee is $250. This covers:

This unit is pre-wired and ready for use upon move-in. You will need to provide your own router. Simply plug it in, and you'll be connected. The pickleball courts are open to residents and can be accessed with your community key fob. The clubhouse is expected to start construction within the next year.

Yes, you can rent out your unit. Per the CC&Rs, you are required to use Passaro Leasing, the onsite manager, for all rental properties.

• • Long-term rentals (12 months or more): 8% of gross rents.
  • Short-term rentals: 25% of gross rents.
• While the HOA does not restrict short-term rentals, we recommend verifying compliance with city regulations.

No, per the CC&Rs, you must use Passaro Leasing for all rental properties in the community. Renting on your own or through another company is not permitted.

You can easily submit maintenance requests through our online portal or by visiting the onsite manager's office for assistance.
