POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the property manager with daily tasks and responsibilities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Passaro Leasing is looking for a leasing agent for its Vineyard property.
Responsibilities include:
• Greet & Tour Prospective Residents around the Communities
• Qualify Prospects through the tour, Pre-qualification and Application process.
• Manage Online Advertising
• Coordinate New Move-ins
• Assist Manager with Rent Collections
• Deliver Resident Notices
• Help Implement Policies and Rules within the Community
• Plan Community Activities
• Perform Outreach Marketing to neighboring businesses
• Assist in placing, removing/updating banners, balloons, bandit signs, flags, etc.
• Distribute newsletters, pamphlets, flyers, etc.
• Conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities. Essential Job Functions

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Driver license with good driving record
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in use of smartphones
- Ability to learn and utilize proprietary smartphone apps specific to job
- Working knowledge and or experience of leasing preferred – training may be provided for qualified candidates
- Ability to complete daily tasks with little or no oversight

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for overall cleanliness, maintenance and safety of our community while also maximizing the living experience for residents and the community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas are clean and that all resident maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure properties maintain exceptional curb appeal by keeping the common areas of the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
- Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
- Ensure properties are free of trash, debris and animal waste.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, according to policies and procedures.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Contribute to resident satisfaction by ensuring that customer's expectations are met or exceeded.
- Other assignments and tasks as designated.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Driver license with good driving record

- Proficient in use of smartphones
- Ability to learn and utilize proprietary smartphone apps specific to job
- Must physically be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance preferred – training may be provided for qualified candidates
- Ability to complete daily tasks with little or no oversight
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
